                             A.  Turn on lights                            

                             B.  Turn on Disco Ball                        

                             C.  Turn on fan                               

 8:00 AM            BH1      A.  Gwen called and said to set this room up  

                                 first so they can decorated with          

                                 balloons.                                 

                             B.  Next, put hooks up to hold balloon racks  

 9:00 AM            BH1          The room should be set by now so hang the 

                                 balloons at this time.
