EVENT FOOD
F&B CATERING
Setup all the concession stands. We are expecting a sell out crowd so all stations should be fully maned and stocked. Alcahol will be allowed at this event, so have a full complement of beers and wines available. You may also setup the full bar services.
- Close the concession stands
- Take final inventory
- Turn receipts into accounting
OPERATIONS - ENGINEERING
- Set the house lights to normal level
- Assist with sound check
- Check electrical levels for overloads
- Bring down the lights at appropriate intervals
- Shut down the spot lights and replace the bulbs
- Turn off the electrical power when service is no longer needed
OPERATIONS - HOUSEKEEPING
- Mop the concourse
- Sweep out the stands
- Clean glass doors
- Spot check all floors
- Clean the restrooms
- Clean any concession stands that require it
- Pick up the trash
- Empty the trash cans
- Prepare arena for full cleaning
SETUP
- Setup chairs on the floor of the arena
- Interlock the chairs and set appropriate isles
- Place trash cans
- Setup the smoking area

EVENT INVENTORY
SECURITY
- Unchain all fire doors
- Unlock the concession stands
- Unlock the dressing rooms
- No one without creditials is allowed in the building before 7:30 pm
- Post guards at all the doors
- Put extra guards at Stage Door
- Place T-Shirt security around the stage
- Make sure EMS is in place
- Make sure all ticket holders are off the property
- Lock and chain doors when the building is cleared
- Do a final sweep to make sure everyone is gone
