Hotel Administration Login
1) Please enter your Hotel's Id number below.
(If you do not know what your Hotel's Id number is,
you will need to contact your Representative at Memorial Convention & Exhibition Center,
Denise Hilton at 865-430-4610 or email Deniseh@ci.gatlinburg.tn.us). After you enter your Hotel Id you will see your hotel's
Administration Page.
2) The first section will show all the rooms and rates that need to
be confirmed and the date they need to be confirmed by.
Enter the quantity of rooms you can provide and verify the rate. You
can also come back to this section and change your numbers.
3) You may have a Lost Business and Actual Business sections.
The Lost Business section will show any events that you did not respond to before
the cutoff date, so you missed out on that business. The Actual Business section
Will track the reservations actually received by us for each event.
4) The Hotel Profile section will let you review the profile we show our clients
about your hotel.
