
1) Please enter your Event's Id number below.
(If you do not know what your Event's Id number is,
you will need to contact your Sales Person or Event Manager)
After you enter your Event Id you will then be asked to
confirm the event and you will be shown any order forms appropriate
for your event. You will have a separate order form available for each location your event uses.
2) When you select an order form you will get a list of all the available services
with the number currently assigned to that location. Just
enter the quantity of any service you would like to have. You
can enter negative quantitites to reduce the number currently assigned.
3) After you submit your order it will be checked for errors and then
you will be returned to the list of Order Forms. Fill out all the forms
you need and then use the Check Out / Review Orders option to process your orders.
None of your order information will be accepted until you Check Out!
4) The Check Out / Review option will let you verify all the items ordered and the
total price. At the bottom of the form enter your name,
address and payment information. Then push the
Submit button.
5) Your information will be verified. If there are no
errors you will get a Receipt of Order that you can
print for your records. If any errors were
found then you will get a message with the errors
listed. Correct the errors then resubmit the form.
6) You have a special feature to upload files such as
pictures, sound bytes, Word Documents, Excel Spreadsheets etc.
