Getting There: Accessing this application is done by double clicking on the Checklists/Followups icon in the ConCentRICs main menu.
Purpose: Checklists/Follow Ups uses information from the scheduling portion of the system and provides the user with reports on those items they wish to be reminded to do by a particular date. Most checklist items are generated at the time an event is booked based on the criteria you used to setup Master Checklist Items. The date an item should be completed is automatically calculated by the computer based again on the Master Checklist Items and the parameters of the event. This application provides reports on both completed and incomplete checklist items.
HINT: You can position your mouse pointer over any of the icons below to see a brief text-only description on that application.
Open Event Inquiries is used to provide a list of those events with a booking status with no commitment level. This report will list the selected events in move-in date order. Security Level: To view - Read Only. To change existing values - Normal. To delete values - Manager. To add - System.
