List of Events

Getting There: Accessing this application is done by double clicking on the List of Events icon in the Scheduling Administration main menu.

Purpose:Used to view events booked into the system .
Security Level: To view - Read Only. To perform maintenance - Normal.
NOTE: If the user's security level is lower than the security level on all the booking status codes, then the user will not be able to add a new event.

List of Events is used to see the events that have been booked into the system based on selected search criteria. Clicking on the List of Events icon in Scheduling Administration brings up the Event Search dialog box.

Enter the dates for the search criteria, click on the OK button and the List of Events report will be produced.

The following is a breakdown of the List of Events report:

The Event ID is the unique number that represents an event throughout the system.
The BS column shows the booking status code of the location.
In the In Date/First Date column, if you searched normally, then the In Date would appear here. If you searched on Event Dates only, then the first Event Day would be shown.
In the Out Date/Last Date column, if you searched normally, then the Out Date would appear here. If you searched on Event Dates only, then the last Event Date would be shown.
Event Name is the full name of an event.

You can also select an event to see more detail or perform event maintenance. Double clicking on the event will bring up the Event Inquiry dialog box, or SPAM screen. Here you'll be able to look at the Event Snap Shot, Event Profile, Event Audit or, if authorized perform Event Maintenance.
