International Association of ConCentRICs Users

The I.A.C.U. (International Association of ConCentRICs Users) is a non-profit organization made up of facilities that use the ConCentRICs product. Each facility that has purchased the ConCentRICs system is a voting member of the IACU. This is a user controlled organization where they elect their own officers and set their own rules. The IACU is the body that controls the ConCentRICs system. Each member can propose changes to the system. The other members get to vote on the changes. Any item that meets the minimum number of votes is added to the system. The revised programs are then available to all of the IACU members immediately at no additional charge.

The IACU is a totally separate entity from RIC Corp. It is a registered non-profit organization with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). The IACU has its own officers which are elected by the membership for a set term. any IACU member can run for office. You can view the full IACU - Policies and Procedures Manual and the IACU - Charter and Bylaws. The IACU will become the owners of the ConCentRICs product if RIC Corp goes out of business or ceases to exist. The maintenance money will then be turned over to the IACU. With that money the IACU can hire someone to manage the system on a day to day basis and get someone to further develop the product. ConCentRICs could virtually live forever in this environment.
