Carpet

All carpet is ordered by the Square Foot. For example if you have a 10x10 booth that you want fully carpeted then you must order 100 square feet of carpet.

NOTE: Every booth is required to order carpet for this event.

All labor performed will be charged at the prevailing rates (as noted above) in 1 hour increments - (Minimum charge 1 hour). Straight time is 8 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. on weekdays. Overtime will prevail after 4:30 P.M. on weekdays and Saturdays. Double time will be paid on Sundays and Holidays.

Union Labor

Union Jobs by law can only be performed by members of the union. The people performing these jobs are not emplyeed by the facility but work for the union itself. We have not control over union people and any problems must be addressed directly with the respective union. Rules on hours worked, break times, etc are strictly invoiced for all union workers.

Under no circumstances shall anyone other than "house electrician" make electrical connections. All Exhibitor service cords must be of the 3 wire grounding type.
