ConCentRICs (Convention Center Resource Information and Control system) is the ultimate in facility management systems. Even though Convention Center is part of the name, ConCentRICs will perform well for anyone who schedules events in their facility. This could be Convention Centers, Arenas, Auditoriums, Stadiums, Performing Arts, Theaters, Conference Centers, Banquet Halls, Resorts, Hotels, etc. Use the option to see how this software can handle everything from the initial contact with the client, to final billing. ConCentRICs can produce automatic floor plans for easier setups and can give you instant profit and loss statements on any event or for a specified period of time. The I.A.C.U. (International Association of ConCentRICs Users) is a non-profit organization made up of facilities that use the ConCentRICs product. Each facility that has purchased the ConCentRICs system is a voting member of the IACU. This is a user controlled organization where they elect their own officers and set their own rules. The IACU is the body that controls the ConCentRICs system. Each member can propose changes to the system. The other members get to vote on the changes. Any item that meets the minimum number of votes is added to the system. The revised programs are then posted to this web site where any of the IACU members can download the new features immediately at no additional charge. The IACU members get together at various times through out the year. The following will show a list of the up coming planned IACU activities. These activities are primarily for the IACU members, but they are open to anyone. Click on the name of the activity for more details and to get an on-line registration form for the activity.

If you are an IACU member and you are using this web site for the first time, then make sure you start with the option to register as a member. This will give you full access to the capabilities of this web site. If you are not an IACU member then you will only have limited access to this site. If you are interested in the ConCentRICs product then you would use this same option to register as a potential client. This will allow you to see more details about the product and our customers.

If you are not an IACU member you can use the same option to retrieve software that will allow us to give you a live demonstration of the ConCentRICs product over the Internet or on the PC in your office.
